Warranty

This warranty includes:

• Phone diagnosis, technical support, and replacement of defective parts or machines for up to one (1) year from the date you receive your machine.
• Labor coverage for one service call within the first 30 days of delivery.

This warranty is limited to normal, residential use and does not cover:

• Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repairs, or moving the unit without prior approval from PinballHive
• Machines or arcade games manufactured prior to 1990.
• Units used in non-residential environments, including commercial spaces or rental properties.
• Products sold “as is” as noted in the product description.
• Coin mechanisms, which are not included with standard purchases and are not covered under this warranty.

All warranty claims must be submitted through PinballHive.com customer support for approval before any repairs are made.
